阿兰•巴丢（Alain Badiou）,法国当代著名哲学家、作家、政治活动家。1937年出生于法属摩洛哥，毕业于巴黎高等师范学校，参加过阿尔都塞的学习小组，曾深受雅克•拉康的影响。1999年起任教于巴黎高等师范学校，曾担任哲学学科主席，在逻辑、数学和马克思主义等多方面均有深入研究。巴丢绝非书斋中的哲学家，有着激进的政治思想，在参与左派政治组织的社会活动方面不遗余力。作为一位高产的思想者，他已有数十部著作问世，如《主体理论》《存在与事件》《世界的逻辑：存在与事件2》《德勒兹》《圣保罗》《袖珍先贤祠》《哲学宣言》《第二哲学宣言》《法国哲学的冒险》等。
